artists. Chef Kenneth Collins is such an artist. During his
professional career, Chef Collins has opened two hotels and
four restaurants. Chef Collins' professional experience also
included a post as chef saucier at Café Royale, and as chef at
the Four Seasons-owned Enjolie restaurant in Irving, Texas.
Some of Chef Collins’ clients have included: Donna Karen,
Puma, Sephora, Kenneth Cole, Skadden Arps and Calvin Klein.

A high-touch, boutique cultural events firm, Events Odyssey is
an extension of G&J Productions. EO values: quality and
excellence, attention to detail, imagination and innovation,

Culture is a cornerstone for Events Odyssey founders Greg
Thomas and Jewel Kinch-Thomas.
For 17+ years, Jewel has curated, produced and managed
cultural programs and festivals of drama, poetry, music,
dance, drama, film and visual arts. Jazz is Greg’s passion, and
for 20+ years has been a writer, producer, workshop leader,
and host for institutions ranging from the National Jazz
Museum in Harlem, the New York Daily News, and Jazz at
Lincoln Center.
As partners in life and business, Greg and Jewel formed G&J
Productions nearly ten years ago to join their arts, culture,
and special events background with hospitality and cuisine to
engage local and international patrons in public events.
