I believe that there should be some form of SEO exam; after all there are examinations in every other industry. The person who would like to offer his services and to call themselves an SEO expert, should also be able to provide proof of their past clients as was of confirming just how expert they are. If you are one of these SEO experts I would advise you to provide past case studies, including contact details for the sites.
