1. “I’m Living Wellness Life” My default mindset will be “I’m living Wellness Life”. But due to lack of awareness about my self destructive thoughts, my saboteur voices, absents of spouse motivation & reassurance, different life expectations, manager negative talks about my performance, clients invalidation / minimization about deliverables, false ego about having and wanting what not existed, protecting mode from my previous setbacks, stagnate emotions, fear of the unknown, incompleteness of living my values / mission statement, lack of balance, spiritual disconnection (add your list). Due to the above I don’t think I live with wellness. But from now on I’m aware of those manipulative hinders from myself and others, I will write in a small note all what stops me from thinking and feeling “I’m living Wellness Life”. I will take small baby steps toward change what bothers me, I will communicate whatever stops me from living wellness. I will ask for my rights assertively, I will stop any disorder or excessive behavior or thought or feeling, I will remind myself with my good traits, qualities, endowments, I will think with abundance, fulfillment, optimism, calm, joy, trust, confidence, love, harmony, achievements, giving, forgiving, appreciation & Peace. “I’m Living Wellness Life”
