RECIPE: RICE WITH CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 pound of rice
2 pounds of chicken (breast)
2 sausages
1 splash of oil
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
½ pound pea
¼ pound greens beans
2 cups of water
Preparation:
Chop onion into small pieces
Chop carrot into small pieces
Chop tomatoes into small pieces
Boil with a little water 2 sausages
Cook rice with a little oil, two cups of water, three tablespoons of salt and chopped
onion and tomatoes.
Cook the chicken with water, add water until it covers, and add salt to taste.
Cook vegetables (carrot, peas, greens beans), a low heat with a little water and add the
salt. (to taste)
When the chicken is cooked, remove the bone and chop into small pieces.
When rice is cooked and vegetables too, mix the ingredients (vegetables, chopped
chicken, chopped sausages, and rice)
Wait for 2 minutes; add condiments to taste, a tablespoon of garlic sauce and one of
soy sauce.
Serve the dishes and enjoy it.
