2. INGREDIENTS:
- 6 carrots
- 4 parsnips
- an appropriate celery
- 5 potatoes
- 1 chicken breast
- 4-5 pickles
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper to taste
For the homemade mayonnaise
- 4 eggs(2 boiled and 2 raw)
- oil
3. Firstly, wash the vegetables
(carrots+parsnips+celery+onion) and
boil them together. Separately boil
PREPARATION potatoes in their skin in salted water
until fork tender. Then wash the meat
and boil at medium heat in a
saucepan with cold water.
4. After boiling, chop the potatoes, carrots, parsnips and
celery. Same goes for the chicken breast.
8. FOR THE HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE
Boil 2 eggs. In a bowl put the yolk from the 2 boiled eggs
and the yolk from the raw eggs. Add some salt and mix with oil
.
9. Place everything into a bowl, add salt, pepper and
mustard to taste. Add the mayonnaise to the mixture until it
becomes homogeneous.
