Despite having a well-structured working model in place,
SEED MBBS was facing plethora of challenges -
1. It wanted to be found for strategic keywords students
search on Google to find institutions like itself, but the
presence of multiple competitors made that expectation
extremely challenging.
2. It wanted to improve its social media presence to promote
itself as a click-away help for students looking for learning
MBBS outside India, but it did not have any functional SMO
plan in place.
3. It wanted to achieve smooth inflow of targeted audience
to its website using the most useful digital marketing

one year.Although, there are some up and down in the graph but eventually SEED is on the top of
the hill.
