2. How will this idea create a better working world?
While thinking of “HELTECH” our basic aim was creating
an interface between the rider and the technology thereby
being with the technology and enjoying it (helmet).
As these days Technology is in everything , so by putting
modern technology in helmet it will encourage people to
wear it , thus saving more life.
It gives complete safety and gives the rider a pleasant ride.
What we have done is adding an icing and cherry on a plain
cake, thus making it tempting and delicious to eat.

are happy to say..no one as of now..
All we have Vega, Studs Steel-bird, Aerostar
and wrangler companies in the market
They are simply the traditional manufacturer
of helmet with least or basic technology in
them, what we plan is a mix of conventional
and modern concept giving birth to an all
new interesting “heltech”.

5. One year implementation plan
Within a year we plan to float up our company and
comply with all legal formalities.
Arrange the minimum capital required for the
company.
Registration for various patents and trademarks.
Visit venture capitalist for financing our idea.
We first plan to make a prototype whereby we can
showcase how the product will work and look.
We may be ready with the prototype within 6 months
and start pre-booking of the product.

We need to purchase various raw materials and
equipments for the product
Hire a place where we can discuss and start the
production.
Hire various experts/professionals for the product.
Not to forget – advertising for our products and
plan for R&D.
We are estimating an pre incorporation expense of
30 lacks for research and development and all the
other expenses taken in to consideration.
7. Financial projections for first two years
As this is just an idea we haven’t yet decided the price
of our product but we assume it to be around 6000-
6500 each for basic model.
We assume to make 100 (approx) units in the first
batch.
Our operating expense for one year will be approx 22-
25 lacks and operating income will be around 30% of
selling price .
