3. WHY LINK?
Property owners deserve to keep more money in their pockets by having an
alternative that allows them to sell their property without being required to pay
realtor buyer and seller commissions.
Property prices should be dictated by an open and transparent market rather than
interested third parties that seek to profit from real estate transactions.
Link will NOT profit from traditional real estate commissions nor will it require
realtors and the commissions they charge; Link will utilize revenue sources that
large industry competitors use, the only difference being that link will offer genuine
benefits to users.
Platforms and sites that make similar claims are not completely transparent to
consumers. For example, they may state that a property owner will only pay a 1%
realtor commission to sell their property; however, they won't state that a seller will
still have to pay the buyers agent commission. Sellers will never be required to
pay buyer realtor commissions and LINK, unlike most platforms, will be a full
service provider for everyone. In these regards, Link is a novel and unique
alternative to the current industry.

Link allows for public bidding on
properties that are for sale, similar to an
auction.
Link will offer a spending calculator that
is accessible as soon as you begin to
sell your house or real estate property.
BIDDING SYSTEM
This creates transparency for the seller and the
buyer, and rids the process of third party
smokescreening of offers.
This updatable calculator is an estimation of
the cost to sell your property using Link versus
a traditional real estate agent.
9. #4. THE SENTINEL
A sentinel is a vetted private contractor that works on behalf of
Link to open the door to properties for prospective home
buyers.

different flat rates, each being
determined by how hands on or off
the seller prefers their home sale
experience to be.
