The answer – BRAIN TRAINERS
Trainers, who help you to not just COVER but DISCOVER; who help you
to not just visualize but revisualize!
Trainer who will help you to THINK more and VISUALIZE better.
Here’s an interesting problem on 3 digit addition
Each coloured dot represents a number between 0 and 9.
Can you figure out the number that each colour represents?
Trainers who could help the dynamic learners in your school discover
the following:
Can you visualize an angry camel?
Which geometric shape forms the top of India Gate?

The NEED
According to the report (Reference – Report by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development,
OECD – Fostering and Measuring Skills: Improving
Cognitive and Non-Cognitive Skills to Promote
Lifetime Success), Achievement test scores
predict only a small fraction of the variance in
later life success. For example adolescent
achievement test scores only explain at most
17% of the variability of later life earnings
(Heckman and Kautz – 2012. IQ tests alone
explain at most 7% of this variability).
Measurement error accounts for at most 30%
of the remaining variability (Bound et al., 2001)
Thus Achievements do not adequately capture
non-cognitive skills such as perseverance,
empathy, alertness, decision making etc.
The gap area that remains hugely unaddressed is a framework for Meta-knowledge (knowledge
about a pre-selected subject/theme), Metacognition (thinking about thinking), Building existing
Cognition levels and a structured approach towards incremental remediation to improve
learning outcomes.
K-LAB addresses these gap areas and helps learners to not only do well in the
present but also in later life scenarios.
