There is no end date to the program.
The program ends when users are satisfied with

9. Why should I participate?
Participates get a store at cost: $20 per month +
SSL cost or bring your own SSL.
When the program ends, participates get a free
store for six months.
After six months, participates can elect to join the
regular packages.
They will be grandfathered into the original prices
for the store’s lifetime.
