Trouble shoot all scanners when there is a problem.
Search reports for problem scans, and find scans in incorrect Que
Manually send scans from problem que and rescan if there is a problem with original scan.
Work the customer service counter check books and media material out to patrons.
Trouble shoot missing books and advice patrons for the best solution and how to navigate the
library website.

Read and arrange pick lists; retrieve materials from the stacks and/or other processing areas;
lift heavy totes and/or roll loaded book trucks; deliver packed totes to designated locations; and
