a feedback form them and try to solve their problem. If they
don't complete they are target so we help them to do complete.
Informal :-The Bajaj FinServ provide the free environment to
their employees. They are free to share things.
9. Dealing of Absenteeism of subordinates When the employees take so many leaves so they get notice
and if they have valid reason so it ok. We have a sub workers
too.

yes this very important to have relationship, because most of

Communication varies from manager to manager. Since I
am person who like to have connects more frequently
with the team, I always prefer informal communication.
During situations when approvals are required, formal
communication is required to keep a track of the
changes.
9. Dealing of Absenteeism of subordinates this is not an issue for me. Keeping the manager
informed is the key always. There should always be a
backup who is aware of the ongoing project so the
dependency is removed from one person always.

Personal relations do have an effect on the team. If the
relations are positive, the team will respond in the same
energy .

give but make sure that next time if he is taking leave then
workload may be increase so much . Try to tell them that of you
are not making assigned task then other employee should take
this opportunity and you will lose to promote . So now they
understand both the term that promotion and demotion will
happens with them.
