1. Filming and Its Problems
When it came to filming I was very excited to get started. However, many small problems
occurred that needed to be sorted out. Such as; the lighting, being in the classroomon the
top floor of the school a lot of sunlight was making its way through the windows, meaning
that it was hard to see characters, so we had to get the right difference between how much
to shut the blind. Then, the next day we suddenly realised that we had actually missed
something out, this then meant that we had to start again because we were wearing
different clothes, this would ruin the continuality on the preliminary task. Although, it was
very hard and cloudy that day meaning that we had to have full lights on and play about
with settings and where the camera was placed to make the characters visible.
Sound, this also became a problem as when playing back what we had recorded you could
not actually hear any of the dialogue it was way too quiet. So as a group we spent some
time recording and deleting us talking at different volumes to get the sound quality the best
we could. We had to be careful still not to shout too loud or it would make a terrible
screeching sound.
