Mr. Hunter,

On February 7, 2011, by prearrangement, we received two Tedlar Bags from you containing vola-
tile gas samples collected to determine whether your device, GreenGoldGas, would have any ef-
fect on reducing harmful emissions from the exhaust of a commercial vehicle.

Your samples arrived and an immediate chain of custody was established, following standard En-
vironmental Protection Agency (EPA) hazardous material shipping and handling protocols. The
Tedlars were equipped with septa which is the optimal configuration for ease of removal and
separation of samples by gas-tight syringe. We classified the samples as “Bag 1 without” meaning
the sample prior to the introduction of your device, and “Bag 2 with” meaning the sample after
your device was imposed..

As noted in the Laboratory Report we performed a number of tests to analyze any changes in the
two samples using a combination of a gas chromatography (GC) suitable for splitless injection and
mass spectrometry (MS) with a direct coupling interface.

The tests included EPA protocols and those established by the American Society for Testing and
Materials (ASTM) and included “Volatile Fuel Hydrocarbon (Mod. 8015B)”, “Volatile Organics
by GC/MS (8260 AZ Vapor)” and “Fixed Gases by EPA 3C/ASTM D-1946. The results from the
next two days are included in the attached Laboratory Report.

The most significant finding, revealed by the Fixed Gases by EPA 3C/ASTM D-1946 test, page 7
of the report, was the reduction of Carbon Dioxide gas in the “Bag 2 with” sample. The other
sample indicated CO2 in ppmv at 31,580, while the “Bag 2 with” had CO2 measured at 26,490
ppmv. This suggests that the gas tested after your device was installed reduced CO2 emissions by
a total of 19.22%.
