2. My family and I moved form New Orlands to San Felipe in the spring of 1822. With a big family we got the right to have 1680 acres of land. 20 acres of the 1680 was cotton, 140 acres was lumber, and 10 acres was set aside for our cattle. 1822
3. This year we had a hard winter. We lost about 10% of are cattle. We lost some are cotton to the Mexican government. 1822
