5. Sympathy expression isan
expression or feeling of pity and
sorrow when we know and see
someone or people are unlucky
or have trouble and in bad
condition. Example : your
friend’s grandfather issick, it
makes your friend sad. You can
entertaint your friend by
showing sympathy.
By expressing sympathy we
want to show our concern or
carefulness on other people's
condition .

6. Make sad people that have a trouble or in bad
condition become happy.
Make people know that we care with them

7. 1. We expressit directly to him/her orally, say
something supportive. Let your friend know that
you know about his/her sadness. Let your friend
know that you care and want to help her/ him.
2. We also can usea letter or card by post, short
message service (sms) and e-mail if he/she who got
the trouble isfar from us.
