JCI Europe`s very first European Economic Experts
Forum takes place in Helsinki on the 25th of April.
The goal of this Forum is to combine the three differ-
ent parts of society: business, government and civil
society to find a role for each of them to create Sus-
tainable Growth in Europe.
MAIN THEMES ARE
1. Future Leadership
What kind of leadership do we need to be able to grow
in a sustainable way? How can we create well-being
and profitable organizations? What are the key skills of
the future leaders?
2. Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship in Europe is going through a change.
Small and medium size companies will have more im-
portant role than today. The jobs and the growth will
come from those companies. How can we help small
and medium size companies to grow?
3. Sustainable Growth
What are the key elements of growth in Europe? What
is the role of the government, the business and the
civil society? Everyone has responsibilities, not only
rights. How can we build a society of individual social
responsibility?
Forum starts with Business lunch at 11 am. During the
business lunch you have an opportunity to network for
business or just discuss about the topics beforehand.
The lunch is 25 euros and you can pay it as informed
in registration form. The Forum is free of charge and
starts at 12 am.

The forum takes place at the Cruise ship Silja at the
Helsinki harbour. You can participate in the forum only,
or if you are a memeber of JCI, you can take part in the
Leaders at Sea –cruise and JCI Finland’s Annual Con-
vention 25.-27.4.2014 Helsinki-Stockholm-Helsinki.
