- offers companies the opportunity to recruit specialized
workers from all over the World;
- helps job seekers find job opportunities around the Globe.

3. HOW OUR SERVICE DEVELOPED
UP TO PRESENT:
We have already been able to recruit workers from South America (Perù and
Bolivia) , Eastern Europe (Poland and Romania) for the Italian market and the
market in those countries .
TODAY:
We have been developing partnerships with others specialized job agencies in
the countries where we are not present with our branches; so now, through
these contacts, we are able to recruit workers in these countries:
U.S.A.,Canada, U.K., Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Eastern Europe (Czech
Republic, Ukraine), United Emirates, Qatar, North Africa, India, Argentina and
Brazil
and over the following weeks we will be able to work in:
Other main European Countries, South Africa, Australia and China.

4. How we recruit
We use 4 different recruiting processes which can be combined to
offer customized service:
- The recruiting process is handled exclusively by our foreign partner
- The recruiting process is handled exclusively by Work Ol World
international recruiters
- The recruiting process is handled exclusively by our Obiettivo Lavoro
foreign branches (we can provide Permanent and Temporary services
in those countries)
- The recruiting process is jointly managed by Work Ol World and its
Partners
