After the advent of "lipid hypothesis", which linked the consumption of dietary fat with increased risk of heart disease and other health problems, fat was highly defamed by the medical establishment that many people started thinking that the best answer to the "fat problem" is to stay away from it as far as possible. Food processing companies quickly took advantage of this era of “fat phobia”, and soon flooded the market with "low fat" and "no fat" products, promising to put an end to heart disease and obesity, but the incidence of these diseases is still skyrocketing.
The truth is that not all fats are equal. While the consumption of some bad fats (trans-fats) are, really, a risk factor for many health problems, some other fats, including alpha-linolenic acid ALA and linoleic acid LA, are so important for health that they have been termed "essential fatty acids" (EFAs). Our body needs them to perform vitally important functions, but our body is unable to produce them. Therefore, we must get them from our food. That's why any attempt to indiscriminately reduce or eliminate all fats from our diet inevitably leads to an EFA deficiency, which may be very dangerous to health.
For all the good it does, fat is often blamed to cause obesity, because it contains 9 calories per gram, in contrast to carbohydrate and protein which contain only 4 calories. Yet, it's a mistake to relate dietary fat with body fat. You can get fat by eating carbs and protein, even if you eat little dietary fat.
In 1956, Hugh Sinclair, one of the world's greatest researchers in the field of nutrition, suggested that an upsurge in the so-called "diseases of civilization" e.g. coronary heart disease, strokes, type-2 diabetes, arthritis and cancer - was caused by modern diets being extremely poor in essential fatty acids (EFA) and full of processed foods rich in trans-fatty acids. Although Sinclair's opinion was not supported by his pears, and he was even criticized by some of them for his bold hypothesis; later research convincingly showed that he was, indeed, correct. Germany’s famous Surgeon and Cancer Specialist Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer was studying psychological aspects of cancer and treatment since ten years. He examined and tested over 40,000 cancer patients. He was amazed that why cancer of an organ does not spread to neighboring organ, e.g. he never saw cancer cervix and cancer uterus in a same patient. He also noted that each of his cancer patients suffered a psychological stress or shock during last 3 to 5 years prior to diagnosis and he was not able to come out of that trauma.
Each patient of Dr. Hamer also underwent CT scan of the head and in all cases he noticed some dark shadow or concentric circles somewhere in the brain. These dark circles would be in exactly the same place in the brain for the particular types of cancer. There was also a 100% correlation between the dark circles in the brain, the location of the cancer in the body and the specific type of unresolved conflict. It was very astonishing. Opponent radiologists said that the spots in the CT scans were machine errors (Artifacts). But Siemens Company which made the machine also admitted that these spots are not Artifacts.
Thus Dr. Hamer concludes that when we are in a stressful conflict which is not resolved, the emotional reflex center in the brain which corresponds to the experienced emotion (e.g. anger, frustration, grief) will slowly break down. Each of these emotional centers are connected to a specific organ. When a centre breaks down, it starts sending wrong signals to the organ it controls, resulting in the formation of deformed cells in the tissues: cancer cells. He also suggests that metastasis is not the SAME cancer spreading. It is the result of new conflicts that might be brought upon by the very stress of cancer diagnosis or of invasive and painful therapies.
Dr. Hamer started to give psychotherapy to his patients along with the treatment. He felt that as soon as psychotherapy shows its effect, the patient is out of this shock (Psychosomatic), cancer cells stop multiplying and the dark circles of brain start to disappear instantly. X-rays of the brain now showed a healing edema around the damaged emotional centre as the brain tissue began to repair the affected point. There was once again normal communication between brain and body. A similar healing edema could also be seen around the now inactive cancer tissue. Eventually, the cancer would become encapsulated, discharged or dealt with by the natural action of the body. Diseased tissue would disappear and normal tissue would then again appear. This way Dr. Hamer proved that unavoidable stress or conflict is the cause of cancer and other diseases. After the advent of "lipid hypothesis", which linked the consumption of dietary fat with increased risk of heart disease and other health problems, fat was highly defamed by the medical establishment that many people started thinking that the best answer to the "fat problem" is to stay away from it as far as possible. Food processing companies quickly took advantage of this era of “fat phobia”, and soon flooded the market with "low fat" and "no fat" products, promising to put an end to heart disease and obesity, but the incidence of these diseases is still skyrocketing.
The truth is that not all fats are equal. While the consumption of some bad fats (trans-fats) are, really, a risk factor for many health problems, some other fats, including alpha-linolenic acid ALA and linoleic acid LA, are so important for health that they have been termed "essential fatty acids" (EFAs). Our body needs them to perform vitally important functions, but our body is unable to produce them. Therefore, we must get them from our food. That's why any attempt to indiscriminately reduce or eliminate all fats from our diet inevitably leads to an EFA deficiency, which may be very dangerous to health.
For all the good it does, fat is often blamed to cause obesity, because it contains 9 calories per gram, in contrast to carbohydrate and protein which contain only 4 calories. Yet, it's a mistake to relate dietary fat with body fat. You can get fat by eating carbs and protein, even if you eat little dietary fat.

मनुष्य के शरीर में पौरुष ग्रंथि या प्रोस्टेट ग्रंथि ही एक मात्र अंग है जिसे पुरुषार्थ का प्रतीक माना जाता है, क्योंकि पुरुष की परम श्रेष्ठ धातु शुक्र या वीर्य पौरुष ग्रंथि में ही बनती है। शरीर की सात धातुओं में सातवीं धातु शुक्र अथवा वीर्य सबसे श्रेष्ठ मानी जाती है। केवल वीर्य ही शरीर का अनमोल आभूषण है, वीर्य ही शक्ति है, वीर्य ही सुन्दरता है। शरीर में वीर्य ही प्रधान वस्तु है। वीर्य ही आँखों का तेज है, वीर्य ही ज्ञान, वीर्य ही प्रकाश है, वीर्य ही वेद हैं और वीर ही ब्रह्म है। वीर्य का संचय करना ही ब्रह्मचर्य है। वीर्य ही एक ऐसा तत्त्व है, जो शरीर के प्रत्येक अंग का पोषण करके शरीर को सुन्दर व सुदृढ़ बनाता है। वीर्य ही आनन्द-प्रमोद का सागर है। जिस मनुष्य में वीर्य का खजाना है वह दुनिया के सारे आनंद-प्रमोद मना सकता है और सौ वर्ष तक जी सकता है। वीर्य में नया शरीर पैदा करने की शक्ति होती है। जब तक शरीर में वीर्य होता है तब तक शत्रु की ताकत नहीं है कि वह भिड़ सके, रोग इसे दबा नहीं सकता। भोजन से वीर्य बनने की प्रक्रिया भी बड़ी लम्बी और जटिल है, जो प्रोस्टेट में ही सम्पन्न होती है।

प्रोस्टेट सुदम अतिवर्धन वयोवृद्ध लोगों का एक सामान्य विकार है, जिसमें प्रोस्टेट ग्रंथि की कोशिकाओं में वृद्धि होने लगती है। इसे अंग्रेजी में बिनाइन प्रोस्टेटिक हाइपरप्लेजिया या Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) कहते हैं। कोशिकाओं में वृद्धि के कारण ग्रंथि का आकार धीरे-धीरे बढ़ने लगता है जिसके कारण रोगी को कई मूत्र विसर्जन सम्बन्धी लक्षण पैदा हो जाते हैं। यदि समय पर उपचार नहीं किया जाये तो बढ़ी हुई प्रोस्टेट मूत्र के प्रवाह में आंशिक या पूर्ण रुकावट पैदा कर सकती है जिसके कारण मूत्राशय, मूत्रपथ और वृक्क सम्बन्धी विकार हो सकते हैं। इस रोग का उपचार जीवनशैली में सुधार, जड़ी-बूटियाँ, औषधियाँ और शल्यक्रिया है।
Budwig Protocol Album
During 1950-53, Dr. Budwig discovered new ways of fat analysis through the development of Paper Chromatography of fats. This meant that for the first time fats, fatty acids and lipoproteins could be detected directly even in the smallest proportions. With this technique she proved that electron rich highly unsaturated Linoleic and Linolenic fatty acids are the undiscovered decisive fats in respiratory enzyme function that Otto Warburg had been unable to find. She studied the electromotoric function of pi-electrons of the linolenic acid in the cell membranes. This immediately caused a furor. Cancer problem was brought in. Hydrogenated fats, which includes all Trans fatty acids proved to be respiratory poisons.
Dr. Budwig found that the blood of seriously ill cancer patients was deficient in these unsaturated omega-3 fats, lipoproteins, phosphatides, and hemoglobin. In addition, she also noted that cancer patients had a strange greenish-yellow substance in their blood.
Thus Budwig came up with a treatment program based on two simple ingredients: flax oil and cottage cheese, often found in every kitchen. Then she decided to go for human trials and started to give flax oil and cottage cheese to several hundred cancer patients in Munster. After just three months, her patients began to improve in health and strength, tumors gradually receded and at the same time the nutrients began to rise. Thus Budwig had found a cure for cancer. It was a great victory and first milestone in the battle against cancer. Her treatment protocol is based on the consumption of flax seed oil with low fat cottage cheese, raw organic diet, mild exercise, and the healing powers of the sun. She treated approx. 2500 cancer patients during a 50 year period with this protocol up to 2002 with over 90% documented success.
She had been nominated 7 times for Nobel Prize but with a condition that she will also use chemo and radio. They did not want to collapse this 200 billion dollar business over night. She always refused to support the damaging chemo and radio for the sake of humanity.
