to develop facility rotation plans.
 Need to integrate maintenance plans, budgeting
and equipment ordering for the program needs.
 Avoid schedule conflict with plan to rotate all the
program request.

 Need to develop or implement a system for reserving
facilities
 The reserving system depend on the facility owner
- one month ahead
- one week ahead
- on-line
- Reservations for tennis and racquetball courts may
be made no earlier than 48 hours in advance.
- Only members and current students are permitted
to make advance reservations

9. Granting Access
1. Should have a permit to give those user
group that are granted access.
2. Permit guarantees them use of a designated
space for specific dates and time unless
circumstances arise that beyond the control.
For example weather and fire.

10. Scheduling Adapted Sport Activities
1. Under Federal Law, sport facility should be
access for adapted sport activities.
2. Need special facilities and equipment
modification to accommodate this special
users.
3. Schedule for specific date and time for them
which include coaches and supervisor.

11. Scheduling Activities at Other Sites
 Need to communicate with managers of
others facilities in order to reserve facility.
 Additional written communication are made.
