Introduction
My name is Hagan Cowan, a resident of the state of Illinois. I have lived in this state since I was 11 years old and I have fond memories of this place well. I was raised by my mother in the outskirts of this town and I have seen the town grow and thrive well, with people running their private life with some challenges. There are some intriguing issues in this state that have stayed for a long time in the same state with no state intervention to alleviate the plight of many citizens of this state. I am dedicating my life to political life in 2020 in order to deal with some of the most neglected human sectors in order to improve the life of people in this state.
Position of Leadership
In order to better address the problems which affect us on a daily life, I intend to run for the position of a governor of this state come 2020. I have seen enough problems affecting us as people who live in this state and we don’t want to remain in the status quo. I know as people we desire to live better lives, improve their economic lives, and get quality services from the tax which we pay on a daily basis. It is therefore imperative for me to give my life to the service of others as a governor of this state (Wetter 2018). As a governor, I will have an appropriate platform from where I can handle the problems we have in a better way. I will use the resources under my custody to ensure that services are delivered to people. As a governor I will focus on people oriented services to ensure the lives of my fellow citizens are lifted.
Ideology
My ideologies are based on conservatism because I believe that social change must take place in order to improve the lives of the people. This State is comprised of several ethnicities and therefore every person’s right should be respected (Murray 2012). I believe that for any change to be experienced, all of people must be involved in doing the right things. Everybody should be able play their role, no matter however small it is because in putting our synergy together, we will be able to improve our lives together (Murray 2012). A time has come when we must respect what each person does and his/her properties. People should start owning their property, and this is the ideology which I belief in. every person in this state should be given their space to uplift themselves, this is what conservatism is all about (Murray 2012). By the end of my term, I want to see people who have challenged the status quo and have become as independent as possibly is.
Issues for Action
My core concerns eve n as I prepare to take this seat revolves around four major issues. Firstly, I intend to push for the Universal Care for all groups of people in this state. Time has come that we must face the truth without fear (Reece 2013). We know that the minorities and poor people in this state have not been receiving the highly needed medical services due .

Social worker
Social work remains one of the most important professionals in the owing role it plays in the community and society. In life, the social, economic, political and spiritual aspect defines the whole concept of life. In the event any of the mentioned aspects fail to functions as expected, the life of human life is endangered. In the world, social injustices, economic inequality and religious misunderstanding have been on the rise which eventually affects socially, economically and mentally affects human beings. In presence of these issues, social workers are needed to bring hope to lives of people, advocate for the less fortunate and voiceless and indeed act in self-denial to for the good of the majority and society. In view of this, social work is the most significant career to bring transformation in the society.
Referring to the Gee, ascertain the need to have a clear understanding of the discourse. According to the Gee, social groups have beliefs, values and systems which define them and if any an individual need have clear mastery of these ingredients to claim membership of such group. Therefore, to effectively act and influence change in the society, the social worker need to walk and act in the values, beliefs and systems that define the office of the social worker or in other words, the discourse of the social work (Hennessey, 2015). Further, Gee argues that status and power is developed when individuals have dominant discourse (Hennessey, 2015). Therefore, the success of the social workers is born in the alter of the compromise but rather, standing in the values, code of ethics and using the language that indeed describes one as an aggressive social worker.
In the career and discourse, there are most important values, actions, language and system of the beliefs which being one need to subscribe to as the member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). NASW documents 6 ethical core values that each professional bows to and is the requirement to adhere and comply with the established values. First, social workers should be ready to offer service to humanity. According to this ethical value, the interest of the other people should be the priority and stand above the self-interest (Miller, 2018). Considering numerous social problems in society, social workers need to concentrate on providing solutions to the people and not focusing on elevation their social status. In view of this, social workers to be ready and willing to volunteer themselves for the sake of making the lives of other people better. In the process of offering service to the humanity, they should not seek to compare skills and professionalism with financial returns that they make but what should stand paramount in meeting the needs of the people (Miller, 2018).
Second, social work discourse is defined by the desire to promote social justice in society. Social workers should be driven by the desire to bring social change to th ...

This paper is review of “Participation and Development: writen by writen by Joseph Stiglitz. this paper discusses the importance of participatory processes for development.
The Constitution of India is the best known for its magnificent social treatise, begins with the glorious preamble which guarantees the key concepts as liberty, equality, justice and fraternity to the entire people of the country. These expressions postulate an unwritten pledge that everyone will do justice to one another especially for the common man – for the man on the street and in the farm, for the driver of the bullock cart and for other suppressed and neglected sections. This was the reason why the Founding Fathers had chosen to prefer justice to Liberty, Equality and Fraternity for placement in order again social justice was assigned a preferential place over economic and political. Otherwise the expression in the preamble – “We the people of India ……………… give unto our selves this Constitution” loses its meaning and import, as much as the promise in Article 38 – The State shall strive to promote the welfare of the people by securing and protecting as effectively as it may a social order in which justice – social, economic and political shall inform all institutions of national life. Thus, Social Justice in a comprehensive sense must penetrate in depth and permeate in its widest spectrum to all aspect of social life, including the stigmatized untouchability and the so called members of the Backward classes. The concept of Social Justice must take within its sweep the objective of removing all inequalities and affording equal opportunities to all citizens in social and economic affairs. Our country is not a utilitarian State, but a Democratic Republic with committed to welfarism. The problems enumerated above which concern the overwhelmingly large number of the citizens, could never be successfully tackled unless the State uses its most effective ameliorating devices against socio economic and socio legal instrumentalities that necessarily calls for a total reform for balancing economic structure and thereby relieve the body politic of the tension. In the process, the new era of Social Justice in the Democratic Republic of India could be surely ushered, when our condition favours introduction of democracy at the grass root level i.e., the creation of Panchayati Raj Institutions PRIs which embodied in Article 40 of the Constitution3. The basic conviction that Village Panchayats could play an important role in the social transformation and implementation of development programmes. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO ORGANIZE FOR COMMUNITY CHANGE?
WHY SHOULD YOU ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION?
WHAT ARE EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES IN COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION?
HOW DO YOU BRING ABOUT CHANGE THROUGH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION?
Throughout the Community Tool Box, our authors talk about different ways to improve our communities, and how to do all of the tasks, small and large, that make an organization work and work well. But broadly speaking -- how does all of this work? What are the overarching strategies that work to improve our communities? Why do some grassroots organizations fail, while others do great things and flourish?
Throughout the Tool Box, we offer many suggestions of what we feel are "right" ways to approach community work, such as
Our Model of Practice: Building Capacity for Community and System Change
. Our belief in the equality of all people, for instance, or in the importance of individuals' efforts to improve their communities -- are not topics of specific sections, but make up the foundation of what we do. These beliefs and ideas are at the base of all of our work at the Community Tool Box.
One such idea is that of community organization -- the idea that people can and should come together to talk about what matters to them, and then work together to successfully change their communities. As this idea is a common thread woven throughout our work, we'd like to use this chapter to make it explicit, and try to explore it more fully.
So, then, on the following few screens (and in the next few sections) we'll do just that. In the remainder of this section, we'll give a general overview of community organization -- what it is and how you do it. We'll also give brief explanations of different ways of looking at community organization. Although all of the strategies we will discuss have quite a bit in common, it may be helpful to separate out and compare different approaches in order for us to look more clearly at our work.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO ORGANIZE FOR COMMUNITY CHANGE?
Community organizing is the process by which people come together to identify common problems or goals, mobilize resources, and, in other ways, develop and implement strategies for reaching the objectives they want to accomplish.
As you can see, it's a big idea -- it's really a way of looking at all of the work that we do. Because of that, it encompasses many of the other ideas discussed in the Tool Box. For example, effective community organization will generally include:
Gaining an understanding of the community.
The first key step is learning what the community is like, and what is important to its residents.
Generating and using power
. There are many types of power; depending on the nature of your organization and your long term goals, your organization may have (or need) different types. Different kinds of power include:
Political or legislative power
-- for example, you could work to pass laws to make it more difficult for young people to get hold of alcohol.
In the Adani-Hindenburg case, what is SEBI investigating.pptxAdani case
Adani SEBI investigation revealed that the latter had sought information from five foreign jurisdictions concerning the holdings of the firm’s foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) in relation to the alleged violations of the MPS Regulations. Nevertheless, the economic interest of the twelve FPIs based in tax haven jurisdictions still needs to be determined. The Adani Group firms classed these FPIs as public shareholders. According to Hindenburg, FPIs were used to get around regulatory standards.

Social Work Based Politics Bangladesh
Introduction
We are planning to introduce social work agenda into politics for ensuring an effective political practice. Most of the parties
have their own vision and mission and they thought that it will only possibly accomplish when they will be in power. So their
all mission designed after getting in power but unfortunately all parties are not able to run government at a time. So
question is when they are in opposition what will be their role, definitely they will oppose the government and monitor the
running government activities ,In Bangladesh our Political culture is so back dated that each and every activist still following
their ancestry and previous leaders activities, says Nayan Bangalee. Same practice repeating at the same manner in every
context, But it should be more productive modern and updated. We need to use our leader and activist productively inside
the party and outside the party. Nobody are sleeping inside the party office. They are living any society, so they have their
responsibilities for their society as like party. If they feel that they are only obligated to the party not in the society, they will
not become a leader. Nayan Bangalee agrees with them who feels that politics is more responsible than any other
profession.
If doctor, engineer, and lawyers have their own daily routine and work for their profession so why not a politicians can set
their daily activities. Why political activist confused their life with personal and political. It is true that personal professional

life is separate that political life, but both must work there on fundamental.
Why Social Work Needs To Include In Politics
Politics are very common in all countries across the world. Some of the factors that play a greater role in the fields of
politics are the social work related to the community and society in general. The impacts of social work based politics in
Bangladesh are very evident and the impacts associated with it are very clear.
According to Nayan Bangalee, Social work is very important in politics. Generally, politics are concerned with the human
being’s association in form of political units and the government. Politics are concerned with the policies, organization, and
administration for the purpose of the well-being of society.
Social work deals with the responsibilities of the politicians or other people with a political job to deal with the problems that
may be affecting the community or various groups in the society (Wagner, 2019). Through the mandate that the people in
politics are given, they are involved in social activities where they can also study the nature of the association and
interactions of various people in the society for the purpose of inclusive growth and development.
People in politics are also involved in the making of policies and programs that help in coming up with solutions to the
problems affecting the community is found. Nayan Bangalee wonders that these solutions can be realized for the
betterment of the people. Advocacy in social work is almost same activities functioned by politicians. Political leader
generally supporting their supporters and followers by advocacy.
How A Party Can Introduce It Into Their Agenda
Every political party has its plan, a catalog of issues on which government officials and individuals outside the government
are concentrating at any given time. Therefore, the party can introduce social work based politics in Bangladesh to its
schedule in various ways.
First, politics is mainly derived from ways of eliminating social injustice. These social workers are responsible for ensuring
the prevalence of social justice. Thus, the party can initiate a plan to assure the people that social injustice will be removed
by involving social workers in their government.
Secondly, the party can include social work based politics in Bangladesh by emphasizing their slogan “social change
promotion” to the people since social workers aim at promoting social change through the liberation and empowerment of
people, thus initiating an agenda of ethics of human rights and social justice since it is essential to social work.
Nayan Bangalee also comments that the party can introduce social work by ensuring the people include political actions
involving all activities connecting to social change such as medication, cooperative and approval development, legislative
processes, and consciousness-raising to influence people’s lives positively. Social workers conduct all these actions. Thus,
the party can include importance in their agenda to interact more with people because social work is about the community.
They’re also a logical approach in politics that underdeveloped country like Bangladesh lots of political leader whether they
belong from local committee or central committee, they have no assigned job in politics accept attending only political
program, says Nayan Bangalee; but if we can introduce social work based politics in Bangladesh, right based program and
advocacy in to the politics they can prepare them as a good politicians.
Compare Between Social Work Philosophy And Political Philosophy

When social worker will start their work then politician make a conclusion by their policy. Both can work simultaneously in
various aspect without any barrier. Two identities designed separately in the same box, but personal gain always ends
with satisfaction and honor. Nayan Bangalee is a politician carrying an identity of any party but when he works as a social
worker, he has no obligation for any particular party, so politicians are not independent though they are fighting for
freedom on the other hand. If social worker working for any organization they also somehow directed by that
organization.
Social work based politics in Bangladesh philosophy is centered on social well-being, and social justice since the social
work profession is inversed on discrimination, oppression, violence, and injustice.
The philosophy of social work believes in the person-in-environment perspective and strength-based approaches to foster
the needs and welfare of communities, individuals, groups, families, and society (Kaushik & Walsh, 2019). It targets the
marginalized, vulnerable, and oppressed people in society, and the social workers provide services to people with a wide
range of issues such as mental illness, poverty, and addiction to empower them to meet their needs.
The core of social work philosophy is focused on individuals' dignity, worth, and rights as they discover their potential to
become satisfied and contributing members of society. Nayan Bangalee says that social work based politics in Bangladesh
philosophy accords with the highest good of individuals in society by being concerned with general questions regarding the
issues of society like social progress, social cohesion, and social decay.
Political philosophy involves the study of the government by inscribing questions about the nature, scope, and validity of
public agents and organizations and their affairs. It entails politics, justice, liberty, and enforcing a lawful code of power. It is
about the ethics enforced on a group of people and explains how a society should be set up and how one should act within
a society.
Political philosophy tends to study basic questions about the conjoint life of human beings. It seeks insights regarding the
ideas and functions. This philosophy examines and interprets the ideas like freedom, discipline, security, peace, and human
welfare, by employing these concepts in the social and political institutions.

How Social Work Philosopher Engaged His Philosophy For Politics
Hobbes is a social philosopher who had various philosophies concerning politics. For instance, there is one that was
concerned with ethics and human nature. According to the view of Hobbes, the situation in which we find ourselves is the
main determinant of what we ought to do. The thoughts of Hobbes are that people have a fundamental right to save their
skins by whatever means in situations where there is no political authority.
This is one of his thoughts concerning the famous natural condition of all mankind. On the other hand, it is the duty of every
individual to obey the people in power in cases where there is a presence of political authority. Hobbes also argued that
ethics are associated with social activities and that they can easily be separated from politics. Mostly, he considered that
ethics are mostly concerned with human beings’ nature and his political philosophy mainly concentrates on what happens
to human beings when they interact.
Social Workers Perspective In The World

Social workers are regarded as essential people worldwide because they have helped address and enhance societal
problems. However, public members view social workers positively because of their dedication and commitment to
challenging jobs. Also, they sympathize because their work is prone to pressure. Thus, people feel they are under-
appreciated despite their profession portrayed in the media. Hence, the effort of social workers is not celebrated as it
should be (Alston & Bowles, 2020).
However, the ability of social workers is evident through their active participation in the community, which tends to
positively impact crime rates, school attendance, health statistics, and employment. Also, people can recognize their efforts
through healing communities and empowering foundational institutions such as workplaces and schools, says Nayan
Bangalee.
Many people view social workers as people who ad in relieving other people’s suffering, enhancing their lives and
communities, and fighting for social justice. When people in public hear of social workers, they relate them to poverty
alleviation and child welfare since most social workers conduct that kind of work and much more. Generally, social workers
are viewed as people who help others overcome challenges.
How Come It Is Possible To March Together Social Work And
Politics Simultaneously
Social Work Based Politics In Bangladesh
According to Nayan Bangalee, a founding father of social work based politics in Bangladesh, social work and politics can
quickly be marched because politics is the umbrella framework in which social policy is established. Social work tend to
implement social policy professionally and efficiently.
Politics is about the state government and how it has the power to control various types of cultural, economic, religious, and
moral relations and mutual interaction between communities, individuals, and groups. Thus, several problems can be solved
by initiating legislation. On the other hand, social work has majored in policies, programs, and schemes that connect them
to the needs of the communities for the betterment of the people. Thus, social work and politics march together since both
are focused on human beings and their welfare.
Social work is responsible for being aware of all political strategies to perform its duties better. Thus, a relationship is
established between politics and social workers. In addition, the knowledge of political science is needed in social work
practice.
For example, other science has been included in the body of social work knowledge to ensure more is informed about the
current political state and its ethics and abide by it to improve people’s lives (Alston & Bowles, 2020). Also, politics tend to
focus on handling power agitation and exacting political operations to evoke social change. Therefore, social workers
accomplish their ethical liability of engaging in political action to advance racial, social, economic, and political justice
through social work practice. This portrays the relationship between social work and politics.
Social Work Techniques By Nayan Bangalee

Mostly, in the organization (https://bangaleerrajniti.com/), a social worker might play a political role to organize and build
their organization through social work techniques. Most of the social workers have vast background information on how to
solve the challenges that are faced by society daily. However, they can take part in making policies and laws that can affect
the organizations they are working for.

To organize and build an organization, a social worker can be assigned a political role, pointed out by Nayan Bangalee,
where they can be in charge of looking at big data sets and apply their knowledge in coming up with solutions for the
sweeping issues. Additionally, the social worker can mobilize people in the organization to ensure that the goals set are
met.
Mostly they work hand in hand with legislators and other decision-making stakeholders in the organization to ensure this is
achieved. It is the role of the political workers to mobilize individuals in the organization but also the social workers can
perfectly execute this role.
Different Philosophers’ Opinion
Various philosophers gave their opinion about social work.
First, Paul Tillich said that the fundamental of all social work is the defect of every legal institution of society. Paul claimed
that a society is defined by two aspects: the man’s empirical nature, where every individual and situation is unique, and his
inadequacy.
Second, Aristotle said that social work is a value-based profession responsible for promoting and sustaining the well-being
of communities, individuals, and families and accomplishing social justice for all (Papouli, 2019).
Third, Friedlander defines social work as a professional service based on human relations and scientific knowledge skills,
which aids individuals alone or in groups to gain social and personal satisfaction and independence. Finally, Fink says social
work intervenes in individuals or groups to allow them to participate in the development process of society effectively.
Why Social Work Philosophy Is Different Than Socialism. Communism. Marxism Etc.
social work based politics in Bangladesh philosophy is unique and different from other philosophies because it involves a
range of competent ethics and values, says a founding father of social work based politics in Bangladesh, Nayan Bangalee.
The philosophy of social work is about providing justice to people. At the same time, socialism aims at the commercial and
social concept that calls for public rather than private possession of natural resources and property. Thus, eliminating the
social justice individuals and communities require to better their lives.
Moreover, Marxism tends to use a materialist interpretation of historical development where every person within the society
works for a prevailing good and class struggles are theoretically gone, while social work aimed at establishing a fair and just
society where everyone has equal rights despite their status (Bowles et al., 2020).
Social work philosophy is different from communism because the goal of socialism is to reinstate private property and a
profit-based economy with public possession and communal control, which results in injustice and unfairness to people.
In contrast, social work tends to curb such injustices and promote social justice for people. This proves that social work
philosophy differs from the above since they tend to be biased.
Social Worker Identity And Political Identity And Their Future
Politicians refer to any individual who is professionally involved in politics while political activists refer to people who
oversee working for the purpose of bringing about changes in terms of the political and social aspects. Political activists
achieve this by campaigning in public or working for various organizations. Both parties navigate their power in policy

making and hence bringing about social change.
The basis from which they work from involves values and ethics which are involved in challenging discrimination and
inequalities encountered through social action. Nayan Bangalee says that to establish their political career, these parties
should address barriers affecting the community and society in general. They should be involved in social and political
actions that help in promoting well-being for people and the community at large.
To achieve this, they should involve the community and other people in their political processes. It is through the use of
these social activities that the two parties can achieve their mission in politics.
Why Politician And How Political Activist Establish Their Political Career Through Social Work
A political activist is a person who works to bring about political changes by campaigning in public and interacting with
people in society - defined by Nayan Bangalee who is a founding father of social work based politics in Bangladesh.
Social work tends to contribute to developing their political career since politics involves people in public, and social work is
about enhancing the lives of people and communities.
First, a political activist must be informed of the current issues affecting a specific society. Since social workers are
educated, they aid in providing knowledge and ways of improving the situation, thus fighting injustices (Balakhonsky et al.,
2020). Also, social workers tend to offer volunteer work to the public.
A political activist can use it by joining the local group and proving to people their willingness to sacrifice their time.
Furthermore, through social work, political activists can stand up to oppression and discrimination when they notice it,
which tends to come naturally for social workers. Thus, when they are more involved with people and ensure they are
treated fairly, they establish their political career by basing it on the techniques of social work philosophy.
Elements Of Formation Of Social Group And Political Group
A practical field-level social work organizer portrays the characteristics of a capable leader in various ways.
The first way is a practical field organizer is responsible for educating and informing the collective society. Thus, an
effective communicator is just like a true leader. The organizer needs to listen and sympathize with individuals and groups
and can coordinate and lead despite the different backgrounds of those involved. Secondly, the practical field organizer
tends to work with the community and not for them.
For example, advocating for the community and working in conjunction with the group by guiding their efforts through
direct or indirect mediation. Finally, the organizer is responsible for advising the group instead of offering direct leadership
as a leader does.
Also, a practical field organizer showcases the traits of a leader by keeping accurate observation records, generating
actionable reports as required, and forwarding the reports to the required government and private institutions. They have a
role in broadening, assessing, and dynamic social policy regarding certain groups.
Practical Field Level Social Work Organizer Could Be A Capable Leader, Describe Few
Example
A social group refers to more than two people who connect, share similar traits, and conjointly have a sense of unity.
According to Nayan Bangalee, the elements of a social group must include values. That is what an ideal society would be

like, where groups and individuals are found to be emotionally committed to values.
The second is collectiveness: schools, families, and political parties.
The third is roles, where the role occupants are expected to fulfill their duties to other people. The fourth element is groups
and institutions, which involve the interrelationships of the parts (Karabanow et al., 2018). Other elements include
organizations where human beings deliberately develop organizations to pursue specific purposes.
Lastly are norms, where sub-groups are, and roles are governed by social norms that are permissive and obligatory.
A political group is an institution coordinating candidates to contest in a specific country’s elections. The elements of a
political group include a party leader who is the coordinator of all activities of the party, members of a party that share
similar concepts about politics, party executives who select the leader to conduct organizational and administrative tasks,
and parties that promote policy goals.
Process Of Service Delivery In Social Group Work And Politics
The service delivery of social group work is conducted through social programs and delivered to individuals who need help
from private or public agencies. The social work based politics in Bangladesh is responsible for delivering vital social goals
and meeting people's ongoing needs. Social workers must keep updated on resources and programs and aid clients in
navigating the complex process of accessing the delivered resources.
Social group work delivers its services through forming groups and being involved with the communities, individuals, and
groups. Also, the social group work has a voluntary group in the social agency setting where they reach out to individuals
and provide them with the needed services.
The delivery process of politics is conducted in many ways, such as through the ‘long route of citizen's involvement in
national or local politics to pressure the society to believe in their operations (Karabanow et al., 2018). Another way is
through approving work plans and centralizing procurement to benefit the people, including people in their activities, helping
them solve financial problems, and providing security.
What Challenges We Will Face To Run These Two Concepts Together
The delivery process in social group work encounters challenges like working with vulnerable people since social work
involves connecting with children and adults on an individual level. Nayan Bangalee notes another problem that is the
unpredictable schedule since most social work jobs conduct outside the traditional 8-5 Monday-Friday business hours.
Society transformation is another challenge since people tend to have more choices about how they live as they grow. In
addition, the delivery process tends to increase workloads for social workers despite the caseloads being down, which
makes them overwhelmed with work.
The challenges facing the delivery process in politics include difficulties in appointing new staff members, distortion and
insufficiencies in procuring procedures, lack of consultation, and inadequate cooperation between municipalities and local
government.
Elaborate Personification Method
Under the personification method of leadership development, a leader chooses a certain style of behavior in regard to the
characteristic of a follower and task for the purpose of motivating and enabling a certain group of people to complete their
tasks This method of leadership can be applied both to social work and politics (Segar 2022)
11. 9/27/22, 4:57 PM Nayan Bangalee - Founding Father of Social Work Based Politics in Bangladesh

tasks. This method of leadership can be applied both to social work and politics (Segar, 2022).
For instance, social work may involve taking care of the needs of the society and through this method, a leader may create a
working environment that is pleasant. The political aspect of this method of leadership comes into play during the decision-
making process. Here, the leader encourages the followers to also take part in making decisions. The leader usually
consults the leaders before any decision affecting them is made. The ideas and the suggestions from the followers are
integrated into the decision-making process.
WHY POLITICS IS IMPORTANT FOR LEARNER
The country's economy, social policy, state policy, all have the potential for institutional initiation on paper, and whose
application and influence are considerable in politics; But the sad truth is that in practical life, politics has nothing to do with
those people.
Nayan Bangalee is a founding father of social work based politics in Bangladesh. He expresses that political education is
not so much a paper-pen-based achievement. It's a royal tactic of using a different tactic of grazing people – once upon a
time people used to say politics is for kings! Indeed, the truth is; Those who cherish the royal behavior of the mind are ripe to
form the field of politics.
This is not our journey for those who do politics over philosophy or research, including national science, social science. We
are marginalized political groups, who have not had the opportunity to acquire knowledge or acquire formal education, nor
have the time to concentrate; But in everyday life, the whole society has mastered the practice of politics.
All you need now is a proper road map. We will only give a full picture of the power of man's action and its application so
that it does not get washed away in a vacuum - so that the precious time spent in life can come to an end due to careless
negligence. It is time to open the jatha where the biggest forces of the state machinery are stuck in the shackles of village
politics in the village to the village to the cup of tea shops of Abdi Mod late at night. Not a revolution or a revolution, this time
a new revolution of politics will begin within politics itself.
WHY WE NEED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
According to Nayan bangalee who is a founding father of social work based politics in Bangladesh thinks that politics is an
essential entity behind everything that a country is born, sustained as well as progressed. There is an important chapter in
which both our behavior and our behavior sometimes covertly throw the entire nation into conflict, as well as crisis is the
natural essenchhe.
If you see a tea shop talking about politics all day long, but political discussion written on the wall is prohibited, then what
will the jati think about it? Politics is certainly not an illegal act; Then every family in the country prevents the child from
doing politics, but again at home, those children are running under some kind of flag of politics. So are we going into a
double act or not?
Our aim is clear that we will overcome the ongoing image crisis of politics. We will bring in professionalism in politics like
other professionals outside of factionalism in politics, where the political worker will know what work he has to do from
morning till night.
Our main goal is a disciplined political group that creates accountability in the family, society and the country, ourselves as
well as the party.

https://bangaleerrajniti.com/social-work-based-politics-in-bangladesh/ 12/14
Our objective is very clear that where competent leadership will be formed, on the basis of skill development and through
the measure of working on the ground.
We want the state to have elected representatives, as well as the highest example of the practice of democracy within the
party.
Social work covers many parts of politics, so that one can show the experience of working with social work based politics in
Bangladesh for many years before entering politics. Just as doctors internee, politicians will also internee to build a society
in life.
