We, CNH International SA (hereinafter “the Company”), with registered office at
Riva Paradiso 14, Paradiso (Switzerland) part of CNH Group of Companies,
established and reputable manufacturers of agricultural machineries do hereby
entrusts Mr Faouzi Mahbouli (citizen of Tunisia, passport No. W 287 113 issued on
10/02/2011 by Tunisian General Consulate in Nice (France to represent the
Company before governmental and other public bodies in order to promote New
Holland and CASEIH equipment in the North of Africa with respect to any deal to be
entered and negotiated directly by the Company.
Notwithstanding any provision of law, the authorization hereby granted may not be
delegated to any other person or institution.
This authorization shall remain valid and effective until 31st December 2014, unless
earlier revoked by the Company in writing. The revocation of this authorization shall
not affect any act done prior to the date of revocation.
This authorization is delivered and has been duly executed this 27th of June 2013 by
empowered attorneys, on behalf of CNH INTERNATIONAL SA, in Paradiso,
Switzerland.
