Under the esteemed guidance from the Trustees, various Stall wards and
Academic council, the organisation FAIPM is moving ahead in its objectives in the
fields of Philosophy, Science, Education, Medicine, Social work since last two
years.
The strong philosophical platform of the organisation makes it unique in its
existence. It is important to note that the root of all sciences is in philosophy.
Philosophy and Science are not two different things but philosophy gives us the
strong approach to explore the scientific ideas and scientific domain is enriched
by the study of philosophy. Especially the subject like philosophy of Science is
crucial in understanding the various branches of Science. The development of
Science through various phases is very interesting process and the subjects like
history and philosophy of science takes us to the root of all the developmental
processes of science. It is quite pertinent to note that various great scientists like
Heisenberg, Max Planck, Bohr, Einstein were the true philosophers of science and
the science is incomplete without philosophy. These scientists have shown us the
way how the science and philosophy are inseparable entities.
It is the need of time now especially in the Indian educational scenario to
stress upon the above mentioned themes and create awareness in faculties and
students. There is substantial need to redefine curriculum designing in many
scientific streams like medicine. The limitations of reductionism are getting more
and more evident in recent times and the holistic approaches like Systems Biology
are important in understanding the human being as well as other biological
systems.

2. It is the aim of foundation that education, science and medicine should
reach to the needy class of people in rural and remote areas of the country. So as
to achieve this, foundation is trying to take medical facilities to the remote
population and make the medical services cost effective even to the urban
population. Foundation is working on various challenges in medicine like
Diabetes, Arthritis, Immunological disease, Metabolic syndromes, Heart Disease
etc so as to give best possible solutions to them. Under the banner of the
foundation the guidance centers are available for such patients.
By means of two esteemed branches of the foundation, it is trying to
achieve its goals to the maximum extent possible. FAIPM is conducting major
medical camps understanding the need of population. Many people are taking
benefit of the intellectual pursuits of the organisation. Foundation will follow this
path in the years to come.
