2. Starter dish: Herby Scrambled Eggs
Ingradients: Method:
3-4 eggs Whisk eggs with the just

4. Main dish: Chili tuna rice
Ingredients: Method:
-1 tin of tuna - start by cooking your rice, use the instructions on
- around 200g of rice (can be more or less depending on the packet, any variety of rice that you like can be

-sweet chili sauce (i strongly recommend the blue dragon - while the rice is cooking drain your tin of tuna of it's
brand for this) oil/water/brine whatever. I always use tuna in

- scoop the tuna into a bowl and add a liberal amount
of sweet chili sauce. Then, using a fork perhaps,
mash the tuna and chili sauce together.
-when your rice is done simply add it to the tuna mix
and stir it in.
-if you took up the optional suggestion of
mushrooms then either chop/slice them up and cook
them. I personally just shove them in the microwave
for a couple of minutes but you could fry them or
something. When they' are cooked add them to the
mix.
