This case flyer focusses on CEO compensation and as mentioned in the accompanying article1 debates on the trend of high CEO compensation particularly in banking, financial services and consulting firms. Building a link between the role of a CEO and his/her compensation, the case flyer suggests that the role of CEO for different companies/institutions would vary and therefore CEO compensation would also differ accordingly.
