INTRODUCTION
● Eggs contain high protein, fat, iron, vitamins, minerals,
and carotenoids.
● Eggs are cheap and convenient
● There is only steamed & grilled egg in the market.

4. Objectives of the Study
● To investigate the customers' acceptance of stuffed egg.
● To study the satisfaction of customers toward stuffed
egg.

● The study showed the overall satisfaction at the highest
level (x̄ =4.62).
● The highest satisfaction were found in all questionnaire.
● It meant this product accepted and got new egg menu.
● The size shall be more standard and varied choice.

11. HOW TO MAKE IT
● Cut the collagen
casing for 14 cm.
● Fasten one side with
the rope.

12. HOW TO MAKE IT
● Crack eggs and put
pepper, light soya
sauce, and salt.
● Filter the mixed eggs
with a filter cloth.

13. HOW TO MAKE IT
● Fill seasoned egg into
the casing and fasten
it.
● Scald stuffed casing
for 10 min.
● Steam for 15 min.

14. HOW TO MAKE IT
● Leave it cool down,
then cut the rope.
● Pack and seal the
package.
