$45.0 billion in May 2013 from $40.1 billion in April (revised), as exports
decreased and imports increased.
GOODS AND SERVICES
Exports decreased to $187.1 billion in May from $187.6
billion in April (revised). Goods were $130.3 billion in May,
down from $131.1 billion in April. Services were $56.8
billion in May, up from $56.4 billion in April.
Imports increased to $232.1 billion in May from $227.7
billion in April (revised). Goods were $193.7 billion in May,
up from $189.5 billion in April. Services were $38.4 billion
in May, up from $38.2 billion in April.
