My rotc life
1. My ROTC Life
Greetings Good afternoon to our assistant commandant 1LT Bayani C. Bañaga to the handsome and
beautiful 1st Class and to my ugly mates Good Afternoon!
I will start from the quotation of “Make great experience today and earn happiness for
tomorrow” a great quotation by me, Rich Jorald M. Sabar due to the fact that every day we think
what we to do in life, what we may be from the future, in short what is our goal in life, but before we
got to the end of life we take the paths of having trials and struggles. For some reason like me before I
am handsome but today it is just a little bit only because my upper class said that no COQC that is
handsome at the time I just taking the training of ROTC. From this moment I would like to share to
you the great experience of being a cadet in ROTC.
It is started when I was a high school when I just went to John Paul College I saw some
strange people performing badly exercise that being commanded by another strange person. I was
curious what they’re doing, I look hardly and I recognized one of them that person is from our
community before I was recruited some says that person is already one of the officer of ROTC Sir
George Galang. I was amazed that he can do the hardship that I saw from them. After a year it is the
orientation and it is the recruitment I saw a girl beside me in the enrollment day, she said I can be the
second Engineering ROTC cadet said by Ma’am Gondra the Corp Commander of year 2013 my
alumni, she is kind to me and I saw Sir Jon James Kevin Arnaiz, my school mate in high school I was
attracted and amazed to them I said I want to be like them. When the orientation I saw people
wearing a battle dress uniform, I said “they looked great”. I was inspired with them. I like their dress
the GOU and the BDU, but before I wear that uniform I have to face trials by taking COQC. The
training was started, the trainees is wearing a nametag in their neck and type-C, they teach me how
to control our pride & discipline, memorize all the knowledge and teach us the drill
