 Creating the 3-D modeling in Tekla program “all steel members with all required connections
, with the required material grads”
 Creating the reports for nesting purpose and assign to fabricator to cut the necessary members.
 Creating the required reports for Purchase Request (BOM).
 Creating the 2-D Fabrication drawings that the fabricator will use to weld all the necessary members
together.
 Creating the 2-D erection drawings.
 Creating transmittal sheet for every fabrication and erection issued.
 Supporting the fabricator for any detailing issues required.
 Creating the 2-D Fabrication & Erection drawings for cold formed and assign it to the supplier.
 Creating the 2-D Fabrication& Erection drawings for Sandwich Panel or Single skin as per Client
requirements and assign it to the supplier.
 Creating excel material list for sheeting & cold formed including Assembly mark , length, weight,
thickness , Qty. and assign it to the supplier.
 Creating production sheet and give to production department.
 Ability to read Auto CAD Drawings and lay out plans.
 Able to communicate impressively and can report clearly.
 Knowledge of materials, tools and Manpower needed to complete the project.
 Ensure that work is progressing as per drawings and lay out plans.
 Able to contact with supplier in any problems faces.
