Chairman and Managing Director
Embassy Group
If asked where the Embassy Group is
heading, we would simply say ‘North’.
In this edition of the Embassy Post, I
would like to spotlight our developmental
plans with a strong focus on North
Bangalore.
This location, in the last few years, has
emerged as a hub of commercial and real
estate activity. Thanks to the major
infrastructure developments already in
place and the government’s future plans
for this zone, North Bangalore is today a
much sought after investment destination.
The Embassy Group envisioned the
growth potential of North Bangalore. With
a land bank of around 500 acres along a 21
km stretch in North Bangalore, Embassy
continues to invest time and energy in
developing projects that epitomize the
perfect blend of form and function with
sustainability at its core. Be it residential
or commercial. Two exciting new projects
from Embassy are taking shape in this
geography – you will read more about
them in this newsletter.
Our ongoing projects in North Bangalore
already include luxury residences and the
award winning Embassy Manyata
Business Park, the largest office park in
India. One key pivot of Embassy’s growth
plan is the burgeoning investment
potential of North Bangalore. We welcome
