This is in recognition of Ella Zurar for her work on the Service Management Project with our
customer. Ella has been a strong contributor to the project in so many ways. From her work on
setting up the web pages for the catalog and service descriptions to the newsletter she build for the
effort Ella has been and continues to be a key member to that effort.
Ella has also stepped up in many ways to keep the CSI efforts going for TSD/HPE by picking up the
slack during the transition from Michelle to the next QA manager. She is the person that has keep
these efforts moving ahead.
