one of the three largest beer producers in

12. Faculty Director: Whitney Hischier
Whitney Hischier works with domestic and
international clients on human capital
challenges and designing educational programs
to help solve them, specifically for the oil and
gas industry. Her areas of expertise include
management, leadership and coaching.
Prior to Haas, she was a consultant in change
management and system implementation for
KPMG in the Netherlands and UK, ABN AMRO
Bank in Portugal and Spain and the Endeavor
Initiative.
She holds a BA in International Relations from
Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas
School of Business.

13. Faculty Director: Rajiv Ball
Rajiv Ball is a founding Partner at THNK
(www.thnk.org), the Amsterdam School of
Creative Leadership. THNK offers a post-
graduate education program that builds
creative leaders while solving some of the
world’s toughest societal challenges. Rajiv is
also a lecturer at the Haas School of Business at
the University of California, Berkeley Haas
School.
THNK Founder/UC Berkeley Lecturer/ Former McKinsey Partner
Prior to joining THNK, Rajiv was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was responsible
for the leadership development of McKinsey’s 1,500 Partners globally. In this role, Rajiv led
multiple learning program redesign efforts and was one of the highest rated program faculty in
McKinsey, having worked personally with hundreds of consultants on helping them develop
their problem solving and relationship building skills. With an international upbringing – Indian
parents, born in the UK, brought up in Zambia and having lived and worked in Ghana,
Switzerland and now, The Netherlands – Rajiv’s mission is to enable global leaders to fully
unlock their leadership potential. He holds a PhD in Economic History from the London School
of Economics.
