 EU Payment Service Directive, created the
opportunity to develop new retail segments in
countries, such as France & Germany
 Rolled out 1000+ new retail locations in 1 year
 A global project team, including sales, marketing,
legal, finance, procurement, AML compliance, credit
and collection, operational call centers, due
diligence.

 Systematic approach to planning, approval,

“yellow shops”
 Geo-mapping based selection system
 Identification of a pan-regional “shop-fitting” vendor

 Cross-functional workgroups to shape company’s
