3. HOW FLEETS ARE ANNOUNCED AND
FORMED
• Pay attention to OPSEC
• Fleet Advertisements are not used in the AMC
• Calls and x-up only in secure AMC channel
• Not on the approved list? Not allowed in fleet.
4. • Everybody is mining into a shared
pool. Profit is shared.
• Fleet sticks together
• Dedicated hauler will move all ore to
a central location
• Boosts are mandatory (pretty much)
• Slacking is not tolerated
• Everybody is mining on their own,
for their own profit.

7. STANDARD PROCEDURES
SPREADSHEET
All AMC Ops use the AMC Buyback Spreadsheet
• http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/AMC_Buyback_Spreadsheet
• FC is accountable for the spreadsheet
• all names must be in written out completely
• Laser on/off must be entered in a timely fashion
• Spreadsheet must be accessible to all fleet members at any time
FC not doing a proper spreadsheet?
• inform the FC
• if FC does not resolve the situation leave the fleet and escalate to an AMC
Officer ASAP
8. STANDARD PROCEDURES
TIME TRACKING
Laser on hh:mm/Laser off hh:mm
• used to track your contribution
• hh:mm is expressed in EVE time
• not used when fleet changes belt
AFK for lunch, bio, door, walk with the dog, other half/third/…?
• put it fleet chat, have FC acknowledge
• if return is ensured state intended dock time
• if not: Laser off
9. STANDARD PROCEDURES
PAYMENTS
All AMC Ops are equal shared based on contributed time
• Venture or Hulk … same time = same ISK
Usage of the AMC Buyback is encouraged but not required
• FC may opt to sell the ore to the market if this improves the payout
FC is accountable for paying the fleet members
• turning ore into ISK and distributing the ISK takes time
• allow for up to 7 days
• if FC does not respond escalate to AMC Officers
11. BEST PRACTICES
Changing belts
• is highly encouraged as soon as the FC calls it, but not before
• kept to a minimum to keep downtime and hauling effort low
• if you feel like you need to switch belts ask the FC for permission
Getting yelled because of doubling?
• can result in lost cycles -> less ISK
• use Alt key to check the roid
15. STAYING SAFE DURING WARTIME
If in doubt deploy a scout
• if not do it anyways
• scouts are deployed several jumps out
• scouts are paid
Don’t idle in space, be on comms
99% of all WT victims agree to at least one of the following statements:
• If I had docked before going AFK I would still have a ship.
• They told me the wartarget was called out on comms, would have
helped if I had my headset on.
• Autopilot during wartime is a dump thing. And why the hell was it
routing me thru Jita, Hek, Amarr, Dodixie, Udema and Nairja?
• A proper instadock/safespot bookmark would have saved my bacon.
16. HOW TO REACT TO THE UNFORESEEN
1. Stay calm
2. Take a deep breath
3. Does the FC know about it? If not call out on comms.
• Use the Five Ws
4. Recheck “Safety Setting” and drone settings
5. Listen to the FC
Never engage anything in your industrial ship. Ever. Not even
a guaranteed kill.
