BiTorrent needed a platform to support their existing but time
consuming code screening process so they signed up for
CodeEval to automate the process as well as to source in top
tier talent.
Results
In 3 months there were over 600+ attempts to solve BitTor-rent’s
set of challenges (GridWalk and Decryption). On average,
17.1% passed the challenge and applied for the job. 109 candi-dates
moved forward and BitTorrent hired ended up hiring 3
candidates for key positions within the company.
