You are capable of making a difference, of being bold, and of changing more than you are willing
to admit. You are capable of making art. - Seth Godin, the Icarus Deception
Our lives limited by circumstances we live and work many times in the stagnant pool of people and
locations who just live to work on same matters without change. However we all can grow with life
and make us better to the world, that most of us have only heard one of the instructions go with the
past, to take what is said by elders as granted, In the last one hundred years, the myth was changed
because our culture changed. Art is the work of a human being – something a person does with
generosity to touch someone else to make a change for the better. If you take Teaching or the
patient care we practice, are all associated with knowledge, perfected with skills and with the art of
practice we all can see art in the way the nurse in a doctor’s office treats us when she knows how
much pain we’re in. She’s not just doing her job; she’s being a person. She is enlarging the bubble
around herself to include us, and we will be relieved of temporary circumstances or pain with the
touch of a skilled nurse or a doctor. Many times when we want to be creative and artistic we are
misunderstood by many around however I understood that real success lies in many failures Oh yes.
I don’t consider it a good day unless I fail. I’ve written hundreds of blog posts to perfect my little
wisdom and knowledge and many young students can take many clues from my little ideas Most of
them aren’t that great. However we get support from unexpected corners, Being one in the creative
sector or our contributions are characterized by high levels of job satisfaction it is not just making
money, anyhow money is the most essential part of life, if look at many people around us the most
rich people are unhappy as they are not creative no struggle to live expect accumulating money If
you have the passion and the motivation to stay ahead of the game, then a creative career and ideas
can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Clearly, the constraints of time, space, curricular
demands, and testing will not disappear anytime soon, as we find little support to our inbuilt
creativity a teacher’s ability to change gears, to take risks, to encourage artistic explorations and
expression, and to employ open-ended, creative curriculum and pedagogy is an individual endeavor
driven by personal commitment. Despite obstacles, some teachers find, Professional development
should help teachers recognize and articulate the impact of the arts on students. The impact of the
arts on students was identified as the most powerful motivator for arts use, Never underestimate
the artistic approach to the students which can certainly change our perceptions, and students too
welcome our skills in spite of boring syllabus they are taught . The inner resources of teachers; their
attitudes toward art, creativity, and innovation; their commitment to personal growth; and their
educational and life values all need nurturing within the school and colleges and in professional
development programs. I wish we all make better teachers, try to be flexible, assess progress and
success of classroom in progress and make any necessary adjustments. Try being organized and
prepared, to be professional in demeanor: Use good presentation skills: using voice and body
language to captivate audience. Be able to write workshop descriptions, promotional literature and
more: literary skills. Plan and promote your own work as an artist-educator. Matters may be difficult
to be successful however we can try to be artistic in the little matter we do every day in the
Profession. LIFE IS INTERESTING WHEN WE DO THINGS WITH PASSION?
