Applying listening, observation - really 'seeing' (hearing, and feeling) the 'being' of the Coachee - with the coach using questions, and feedback (observations, not advice) to bring awareness of the Coachee to their use of their BEL (body, emotion, language) and through conscious Observation (by both Coachee and Coach) to make (shifts to) 'new' Actions, and obtain 'new' Results (OAR). Really listen 'for' underlying 'concerns', world-views and emotions embodied in expression(s) through language, emotions and use of / embodied by Coachee, by the Coach.
