Z-MOS series MOSFETs are a specifically
designed for low capacitance reducing
the parasitic input Ciss, output Coss, and
Miller Crss capacitances, and are offered
in both the DE series package for its low
inductance and power handling
capabilities and TO-247, ISOPLUS
packaging for the convenience of industry
standard packaging. Standard packaging
offers a lower cost alternative for designs
that do not demand the performance
level of the DE series. The ISOPLUS ZMOS
devices also offer multiple lead
configurations that aid circuit board lay-
out.

16. The F series power MOSFETs are RF cable
devices in industry standard TO-247 and
ISOPLUS247 packaging. When the
performance levels do not require the
advanced characteristics of the DE series
devices, the F series can provide a more
economical, lower cost design solution
for RF applications.

17. The PRF-1150 demonstrates IXYSRF
MOSFET and gate driver operation by way
of a class E generator topology producing
1 KW into 50 ohms of RF power at 13.56
MHz. With a built in clocking source, only
two external voltage supplies are needed
to operate the low voltage circuitry and
high voltage power output stage.
