1) You invited some friends over for a simple
dinner. Among the dishes you know, you are
asked to pick ONE to be the ‘star’ on the
dinner table.
2) List down the ingredients you need.
3) Then, write down the steps or instructions on
how to cook this dish. Your friends might get
interested about this dish and ask for it.

Activity 1. ‘DeePeR into the Resource
Package’
1) It’s your time to choose one RP to read
for 15 minutes.
2) As you read, you shall answer the
guide questions.

Use it when you…
1) reflect on your own classroom practices, and ensure
that your teaching practices are aligned with the
indicators;
2) want to mentor beginning teachers so they become
better in their practice;
3) are a part of a group of teachers who need materials
for your school-based Learning Action Cell (LAC)
sessions in order to (i) learn more about the PPST
and (ii) innovate on practices using the samples in the
resource material as guide; and
4) want to develop or expand the current work by (i)
providing more examples of practices or (ii) working
on other career stages or indicators other than the 12
presented in this package.

1) as reference material for small group discussions,
teacher-to-teacher consultation, peer teaching and
other events related instances;
2) as suggested material for developing lesson plan,
performance tasks and enabling activities per key
stage area and subject area;
