This document describes an experiment to analyze the quantity of casein in different milk samples. Casein was precipitated from cow, goat, buffalo, and Amul milk by adding ammonium sulfate and acetic acid solutions. The precipitated casein was collected, dried, and weighed. The analysis found that cow milk contains the highest percentage of casein at 5%, followed by buffalo milk at 4.2%, goat milk at 3.25%, and Amul milk at 3.88%. Therefore, the conclusion is that cow's milk is the most beneficial for human beings based on its casein content.
