3. Open the dictionaries to the 2nd page

Procedure:

• The Alphabet. Ex. 0n alphabetical order.
• How the dictionary is helpful
• Working with the dictionaries. How to find a word.
• Ex. On the screen or paper copies
• Find the following words:
School,
Window,
Book
Desk
Teacher,
Building board
Student
Classroom
• Write their definition and one example.
• Shining Star
Preview the Unit.
Examine the collage- identify and describe different pictures that make
up the collage.
What happens when you grow up?
Born, talk, walk ,read, go to school , learn to ride a bike-----Make connections
