reseller (VAR) distribution strategy.
Only recently launched at the start of its fiscal year, Digerati's VAR strategy has already
proven to be successful. The Company has secured nine qualified value-added resellers
that includes an IT compliance consulting and solutions provider serving corporate
customers throughout the United States, a leading wireless ISP serving South Texas (ADT
Systems), a leading telecommunications services company serving the South Texas region
(Starr Telecom), and a rapidly expanding communications provider serving call center
operations around the world. The Company now has over thirty-seven customers on its
cloud communication network that include a Fortune 500 energy company, a Fortune 500
insurance company, a financial services subsidiary of a NYSE company, a national audio,
web and video conferencing service provider and a global call center serving the Fortune
500 market (Beyond Contact Centers). The revenue production from these active
accounts has doubled in the last three months and is currently generating approximately
35% of the Company's total monthly gross profits.
The Company previously reported that it has embarked on a cost effective sales and
marketing strategy that utilizes VARs as its distribution channel. The VARs that Digerati
targets have established relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses which
represents a tremendous growth market for the Company's products and services.

firms, managed service providers, systems integrators and broadband providers that lack
a cloud telephony infrastructure but have an embedded customer base in need of
