6. Carb 30 Meal Plan – Part 1
• Approximately 30 carbs per day is based on net carbs
(total carbs- fiber= net carbs)
• Not regulated for sodium, fat, cholesterol or calories
• Averages 1300 calories per day but is not
considered calorie controlled
• Loosely based on Atkins Plan
7. Carb 30 Meal Plan – Part 2
• Requires total low carb adherence (ie. no fruit, starches or
added sugars) for weight loss
• Customers lose an average of 1-4 pounds per week
• Customers can add snacks as long as they fit into a low carb eating
pattern. Refer customers to this article on how to properly do a

10. Pick Up - Part 1
• Meal plans are picked up
locally on Tuesdays and
Fridays. Meals are
guaranteed to be at the
distributor by 5 PM.

11. Pick Up - Part 2
• In most cases customers will
receive an instant notification
(email) that their meals are
ready to pick up as soon as
they are delivered
• Diet-to-Go Customer Service
will call customers in the case
that food has not been
delivered for any reason
• Meals will stay in the
refrigerator until the next
delivery is made. But
Diet-to-Go does not guarantee
meals will be at the distributor
beyond the delivery day.
12. Online Account Options - Part 1
• The deadline for customizing
or making changes to
meal plans is 12 Noon ET
on Monday.
• Customers can update
address and credit card info
online in myDiettogo on the
“Menu Management” page
under “Account”
13. Online Account Options - Part 2
• Customers can pause their accounts online in myDiettogo on the
“Menu Management” page under “Plan Holds” as long as they enter
a restart date “Vacation Hold”
• Customers cannot
completely stop their
accounts online.
They must call

or email
service@diettogo.com
to stop their accounts
indefinitely.
14. Customizing Meal Plans Online
• Customers can change from
one meal plan to another
online in myDiettogo on the
“Menu Management” page
under “Update Plan”
• Customers can log into
myDiettogo and make meal
substitutions on the “Menu
Management” page at no
cost
• Meals cannot be customized
for a single ingredient (ie.
mushrooms and Brussels
sprouts) but rather must be
substituted out completely
