Volunteering 
Volunteering is generally considered an altruist activity and is intended to 
promote goodness or improve human quality of life. 
“Volunteering is not doing good to feel us good, but for other 
being good.”
Marine conservation 
Help to Conserve and Protect Marine Life Around theWorld 
Protection and preservation of ecosystems in oceans and seas. Marine 
conservation focuses on limiting human-caused damage to marine ecosystems, 
and on restoring damaged marine ecosystems. Marine conservation also focuses 
on preserving vulnerable marine species.

• Ocean Spirits Leatherback Sea Turtle Volunteer Project, Grenada 
• Blue Lagoon and Coral Reef Monitoring Volunteer & Internship Programme, Mauritius 
• Bottlenose Dolphin Volunteer Research Project, Croatia 
• Playa Tortuga Conservation Volunteer Project, Costa Rica 
• Statia Conservation Volunteer Project, St. Eustatius, Caribbean

Working with children 
Many placements available working with children in day care centres , 
with orphaned children and in pre-school settings.

• Volunteer to Teach in Cambodia 
• Volunteer to Teach in Rural Thailand 
• Maldives Island Volunteer Project 
• Rural Community Volunteer Project, Nepal 
• Volunteer in Brazil 
• Volunteer in Argentina
Community development 
Community development projects aimed at the upliftment of people in 
urban and rural areas - opportunities for volunteers to work on NGO Development 
programmes, women's empowerment volunteer programmes, teaching youth and 
children and community building volunteer projects.

• West Papua Diving & Marine Conservation Volunteers 
• Elephant Volunteer Project, Thailand 
• Cheetah Conservation Volunteer Project, Botswana 
• Desert Elephants Volunteer Project, Namibia

• Ecology & Environmental Education;
