Description of Ideas
1. Create a system which allows individuals to create their own degrees
The idea is to abolish the present day system of fixed degrees and allow
people to create their own degrees by choosing their own courses. To
achieve this, we will abolish present day high-school. We create a
technology based platform where courses from across the world are now
offered. Individual can choose short/long courses and create their own
degree. As example I can choose Music, Mathematics and Engineering
and name this as my own degree as MME Grad. Companies do not focus
on degrees but focus on courses and the overall performance of
individual in the course.
Description of Ideas
2. Abolish system of jobs and job security. Everyone becomes an
entrepreneur and gets hired on need basis.
The idea is to abolish the concept of “job” – as working for someone. We
create a system where there are no fixed salaries or permanant jobs.
Instead everyone is now an entrepreneur. Companies hire individuals
who work for specific task and get paid for the task. By doing this,
companies will not focus on degrees earned by individual, but will assess
the individuals in overall manner. Thus the work-capabilities will be
matched better.

3. Create a portal for drop-outs and encourage drop-outs
The idea is to create a portal for drop-outs. The portal will act as
infrastructure and help drop-outs by choice to advance their career. As
more and more people move away from existing school to degree route,
companies will be forced to consider people without degrees. Companies
will now evaluate individuals in a manner other than pure degrees. In this
way, work-capability will be matched better.
