2. The early days, we met alternately at the Police Club and the Old Parkonians Sports Club in the grounds at Redbridge sports centre where this first group photo was taken. It is good to see that all the “Parky People” in the photo still regularly attend.

And as the sun sinks slowly in the west it is time to say farewell I am sure that the next five years will be as successful as the last five and I wish the Chair and all the committee the best of luck and I look forward to a new chapter in the Group’s history It only remains for me to thank all the past and present committee members for their unswerving loyalty and support over past five years and of course most of all to you the members of the Buckhurst Parkinson’s Support Group for your inspirational attitude to our shared affliction BYE BYE
