2013 Objectives
• To Combine the 2 outlets to create an iconic venue in
  Town at the 37th floor
• Achieve the combined Budget for both outlets
• Create a concept who match our in house guests Market
  Mix.
F&B Objectives
• To develop an unique food & beverage concept to
  ensure that Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel becomes the
  “talk of the town” for ingenuity, creativity and flair within
  the city of Bangkok based on 2 main Targets:In house –
• Japanese Business Men:
        • Formal Breakfast

        • Business Meal & meetings package
        • Leisure & trendy evening concept
• Bangkokien in need to of Late supper in a trendy 5 star
  atmosphere .
General Food Concept
• Open Kacho restaurant for 24 Hrs:
   – Kacho executive Japanese breakfast served from
     4 AM to 11 AM
   – Japanese all day Business Luncheon

   – Japanese High tea and meeting package
   – Dinner A la carte service from 6 PM to 12 AM
   – Later Supper from 12 AM to 4 AM

 • Japanese breakfast set 朝定食 (ASA TEISYOKU)
     - Healthy and lets charge energy for new day to start!
  The traditional Japanese breakfast consists of steamed rice, miso soup,
 pickles , raw egg and dried seaweed are often served. the raw egg is
 beaten in a small bowl and poured on the hot rice to make golden
 colored . whilst the green tea is often served as well

• Japanese style snacks    おつまみ (OTSUMAMI)
  - Enjoy with sake, beer, wine and cocktails
  - Healthy and fresh ingredients from Japanese Kitchen

Atmosphere-Entertainment
•   One core component of Kacho 24 Hrs Bistro & Restaurant shall be its
    chill urban & Asian tunes. Local DJ’s shall be sourced to provide the
    original soundtrack for Kacho B & R and their music shall be amplified
    through the outlet during the day via CD and quality sound system

•   Monday through Wednesday will continue the CD music entertainment
    option.

•   Thursday through Sunday nights become the true time for the urban
    executive. The city’s up-coming DJ’s will have a new venue to spin
    their tracks and in house guests and City patrons to enjoy the Rooftop
    view and chill out atmosphere
Pricing
• Pricing shall be kept moderate to ensure that Kacho B & R
  is able to attract a younger middle management level
  clientele who have a semi-disposable income. Exclusivity
  will be sought from selected beer, wine and spirit suppliers
  to ensure the best wholesale prices are received and the
  savings passed on to the consumer. Final pricing will
  depend though on the costing of the menu.
    – Estimated snacks and starters to be
       priced between 120 to 240THB


    – Estimated Main course and grill items to be
       priced less than 600THB


    – Standard beers and house pour to be
       100 to 180THB range


    – Cocktails to begin from 160THB
Competitors
• Kacho Bistro & Restaurant in itself will
  be a unique concept to Bangkok and
  will therefore have no immediate
  competitors. Despite this, Kacho B & R
  will be competing for a similar market
  that would currently frequent The
  Landmark soi 3 and the Rex Hotel soi
  42. The 2 only “international” venue to
  offer international food after 11 PM in
  the downtown area.
• The only “ similar” Japanese Bistro in
  town is “ IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE
  SUHI BAR & BISTRO at Soi 36. It as
  been the talk of the town for 2 years
  and a second branch has opened in
  Ekkamai in November 2012
Recruitment
• No recruitment will be needed as we will be using the
  manning of both outlets combined:
• Khun Parin, Ast Manager at Sundowner Bar has been an
  excellent employee since she joined from Marriot a Year
  Ago,
• The Assistant F&B position is still vacant and will give us
  the opportunity to recruit the Manager needed for Late
  at night Operation.

• Yuri San our Japanese F&B Sales Manager will be the
  perfect person to up sell our iconic F&B concept
• Kevin, a French Management trainee as been recruited
  and will be focus on the outlet promotion online for the
  coming 6 months.
