This is a biologic fast food restaurant, where
you can eat biologic food like you do at home
All the food is biologic
You can take a hamburger or a salad with food
from our camp
4. Audience

The main audience is preferibly to be:
vegetarians and students since the restaurant is
going to be near a school

Our first restaurant should be in a quarter of a
big city where the target audience (students and
people who take care of their health) is living.
It should be next to a school or an university
(e.g Humboldt University Berlin).
If we earn enough money we could offer a lunch
menu for students or pensioners for 5 €.

3.200 menus
25 open days a month
= 128 menus a day have to
be sold.

eating, it would be better for the shop to have
vegetarian co-workers
They can be found in classes that are learning

Students can be offered part-time jobs
