handling equipment, under carriage part and mining plant casting product.
Job Profile:
Working as an Executive Engineer – (PRODUCTION, MELT SHOP & LAB) &fulfilling the following
responsibilities.
 Improving Quality / Reliability at manufacturing with continual improvement in focus /
Increase productivity.
 Controlling the critical quality parameters related to PRODUCTS (High alloy steel).
 Furnaces lining, ladle lining, raw materials testing etc.

2.  Execution of production target as per agreed business plan and based on committed
delivery schedule.
 Production and productivity targets including detailed action plan for the optimization,
improvement, line balancing, trouble shooting, Achievement of production and
productivity objectives.
 Analyzing and improving product unit cost control through monitoring of various
expense heads and consumption trends.
 Team development, manpower planning and deployment and up skilling of team.
 Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control system
to reduce rejection level & rework through continuous up gradation.
 Member of CFT with Process Engineering team for rejection control in shop floor.
