Sufferingis usually describedas a negative
basic feeling oremotion that involves a
subjective characterof unpleasantness, harm,
orthreat of harm.
Types of Suffering:
Poverty
Poverty is the state of human beings who
have little or no material means of
surviving ...
... That is, little or no food,
shelter, clothes, healthcare,
education, and other physical
means of living and improving
one's life.
ChildLabour
Child labour is defined as work that deprives childrenof
their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is
harmfulto physical and mental development.
It involves childrenbeing enslaved, separated from their
families, exposed to serious hazards and illnesses and/or left to
fend for themselves on the streets of large cities – often at a
veryearly age
1. Get rid of poverty
2. Give the jobs of child workers to their adult relatives This way, the family does not suffer,
and indeed should bebetter off, as adult wages are generally much higherthan child wages.
3. Increase family incomes (this might help)
4. Family control of fertility - so that families are not burdened by children
5. Prioritise primary education It is no coincidence that the countries where child labour is
worst are those that spend least onprimary education.
Terrorism
Terrorismrefersonly tothoseviolent actswhich areintendedto createfear(terror)andarecarriedoutfora
religious, politicalor,ideological goal.
The terroristsdeliberatelytargetordisregardthe safetyofnoncombatants(civilians).

people will not fall in to the hands of terrorists.
2. ReduceUnemployment:
Thereis an acuteneed to create employment opportunities so that people should nottilt
towards negative activities and they could remain busy in their jobs.

Famine
Famineis thescarcityof foodcausedbyseveral factors
including cropfailure,populationunbalance,or
government policies.
This phenomenonis usuallyaccompaniedorfollowed
byregional malnutrition,starvation,epidemic, and
increasedmortality.
1. Bring foodinto thefamine areafromregions whereit ismoreavailable, anddistributeitto theaffected
peoplerapidly,efficiently, equitably,andin adequatequantity.
2. Maintainabalancedagriculturethatis notdependenton oneor twocrops
3. Controlor limit increases in populationdensity.
4. Help farmersimprove theirfarmingmethodsanddiversify.
5. Reduceurbancrowding andpoverty.
6. Maintainastoreoffoodstuffsforuseduring droughtorotherupsetsituations.
Governments of each andevery country should thinkabout the points
explained
and take necessary ACTIONS.
This can change the lives of many people!
We should also never lose hope and have faith that we will one day
have a
World with a very low rate of poverty, famine and other
Sufferings.
